Jen is known for her holistic birth doula support, empowering new mothers to prepare for, be confident in, and enjoy the life-changing event of childbirth and parenting. Jennifer helps and supports babies and their mothers navigate birthing and breastfeeding challenges incorporating her craniosacral therapy & myofascial release. Having spent the past 8 years working in our area birth spaces, she is passionate about birth outcomes and autonomy and specializes in homebirth and out of hospital birth integration for families desiring safe, supported birth.

She is currently a student midwife learning from a team of local homebirth midwives as well as a professional doula and mentor to doulas seeking expansion in their skills and businesses alike!

Because of these midwifery studies and births, Jennifer is currently only serving a small number of families in doula support each month.

Arisen Birth Collaborative

This opportunity includes two of our team doulas and is so special to us. We feel it really allows us to support the safest and most healthy birth you can dream. This offering is best utilized in special situations such as predicted challenges, financial hardship, an overall lack of family/village in your life, or even a desire for sisterhood & mothering. This service is also used for births outside our normal service range who would still like the care and support of Sacred Space Birth Services.

Arisen Birth Team fee: $2,200/+

Additional Services

Craniosacral Therapy During Birth $245

On location craniosacral therapy and myofascial release during your birth. Whether home, hospital or birth center, we offer the support you need to help stalled labor patterns, difficult labor, emotional hardships, and more. This service is dependent upon availability and subject to holiday hours etc.

Includes up to 2 hours of support. Milage reimbursement options available for those outside our normal range of travel.
