Jen is known for her holistic birth support, empowering new mothers and fathers to prepare for, be confident in, and enjoy the life-changing event of childbirth and parenting. Jennifer supports babies and their mothers navigate birthing and breastfeeding challenges incorporating her craniosacral therapy & myofascial release. Having spent the past 9 years working in our area birth spaces, she is passionate about birth outcomes and autonomy and specializes in out of hospital birth integration as well as preparing for hospital birth for families desiring safe, supported birth with caring birth team built just for you!
