Empowered Birth: Comfort Measures for Unmedicated Birth
Prepare for your unmedicated birth with confidence. This is hands-on education of the labor process, comfort measures, fetal positioning, and the mind/body connection. Led by Doula Stephany Martinez, Studio Educator, learn labor process/stages, what exercises and positions optimize labor progress as well as massage and counter pressure. You'll learn about breathing techniques and visualization to keep you at peace and relaxed during labor. Connect with yourself and learn to trust your body.

Breastfeeding by Design: Holistic Lactation Preparation
This group breastfeeding education class will get you and your baby off to the best start on your breastfeeding journey. Understanding nature and humans unique design, you and your support person will learn how breastfeeding works, nutrition for a the breastfeeder, optimal positioning and latch, common concerns & so much more! Taught by Sacred Space Birth Services Owner and Lactation Educator Counselor (CLEC), Jennifer Koenig, this class will provide you the information and confidence you need to reach your breastfeeding goals & connect you with other breastfeeding families.

The 4th Trimester: A Nurtured Postpartum
This group postpartum planning and education class prepare your family and life for the journey ahead. Taught by Doula Stephanie Bell, Studio Educator, you will gain insight and preparation in understanding the nature and design, you and your support person will learn how to support a healthy postpartum, healing and bonding, feeding and family dynamics, and so much more.
